Job Overview:
The Customer Service Intern will assist in handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist in processing orders & handling customer complaints professionally
Maintain accurate customer records & update CRM systems
Provide product/service information to customers
Assist in preparing reports on customer feedback & service performance
Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues

Requirements:
Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities & customer-focused mindset
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Temporary, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month
