Position: Administrator Executive – Teashop

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative operations to ensure smooth business functions.
  • Handle documentation, correspondence, invoices, and record-keeping.
  • Support management in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and related tasks.
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to ensure operational needs are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in administration or operations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative systems.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude.
