  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a reliable Credit Recovery Officer to contact debtors and claim outstanding debts towards their creditors. You will be responsible for recovering the money owed in as little time as possible. Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency are extremely useful to succeed in this task.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the collection of debts
  • Prior to legal recovery proceedings
  • Negotiating and make arrangements payment
  • Handling debtor enquiries
  • Provides administrative assistance to the team
  • To ensure customers satisfied with the services provided

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Experience in debt collection or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent in negotiating and persuading
  • Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
  • Average age 20 - 40 years
  • Can works as a team

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
