  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

The SHE Officer/Executive ensures the company’s safety, health, and environmental programs are working properly. They make sure the company follows safety rules, conduct risk assessments, and help create a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and apply safety, health, and environmental policies.
  • Lead the SHE Committee and hold regular meetings.
  • Perform risk assessments, safety checks, and audits.
  • Investigate accidents and make sure they are fixed with proper actions.
  • Ensure the company follows all safety laws and regulations.
  • Organize and run safety training for employees.
  • Promote safety, health, and environmental awareness in the company.
  • Monitor safety performance and report to management.
  • Work with safety authorities (like BOMBA, DOE, and DOSH) and submit required reports.
  • Make sure safety equipment is maintained and available.
  • Stay updated on the latest best safety practices.
  • Work with other departments to improve safety across the company.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related fields.
  • Extra certifications from DOSH/NIOSH are a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in safety management.
  • Strong knowledge of safety laws and regulations.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to conduct training and presentations.
