As a Management Trainee, you'll undergo comprehensive training, starting in the Sales department and rotating through key business functions, gaining valuable experience in sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Engage with clients through sales visits and prospecting to build strong relationships and understand their needs.
- Product Demonstration: Present logistics solutions, highlighting key value propositions and competitive advantages.
- Client Engagement: Promote offers, discounts, and campaigns to drive business growth.
- Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and support marketing strategies.
- Campaign Management: Assist in managing marketing campaigns across social media, emails, and trade events.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and collaborate with the team to meet targets.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to team discussions and share marketing and sales insights.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
