Position Overview:

As a Management Trainee, you'll undergo comprehensive training, starting in the Sales department and rotating through key business functions, gaining valuable experience in sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Engage with clients through sales visits and prospecting to build strong relationships and understand their needs.
  • Product Demonstration: Present logistics solutions, highlighting key value propositions and competitive advantages.
  • Client Engagement: Promote offers, discounts, and campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and support marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in managing marketing campaigns across social media, emails, and trade events.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and collaborate with the team to meet targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to team discussions and share marketing and sales insights.
