O-I BJC Glass Malaysia is looking for a Machine Technician to join our team in Johor Bahru. If you have a can-do attitude, are eager to learn, and are interested in a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

Comply with safety and health regulations while working with machines.
Ensure products meet ISO 9001:2008 quality standards and customer requirements.
Prepare and perform job change functions on machinery.
Service and coat delivery equipment such as scoop, trough, deflector, and long funnel.
Ensure sufficient spare delivery equipment for shift work.
Perform fabrication and mechanical fitting tasks.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Carry out other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • At least SPM/ Technical Certificate qualification (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training provided).
  • No prior experience required – On-the-Job Training (OJT) available.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive work attitude.
  • Physically fit to work in a factory environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills and integrity.
