We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Property Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting residential properties. You will work closely with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their needs, provide property recommendations, and negotiate the best deals.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively prospecting for new clients and building a pipeline of sales leads
  • Conducting property viewings and site tours to showcase our premium residential listings
  • Negotiating sales contracts and lease agreements on behalf of clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation
  • Collaborating with the broader sales team to achieve individual and team targets

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record in real estate sales or a related sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Driven, results-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with the Kuala Lumpur property market and relevant regulations
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
