Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the hotel’s billing and collections processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and effective resolution of customer account issues. This role supports financial reporting and compliance while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Due to visa limitations, only locals will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Accurately record and maintain financial transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Prepare monthly reports to support financial audits and analysis.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate invoicing and payment allocation.
What We're Looking For:
- A diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
