Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Inquiries:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Address potential customer questions, provide information about our products/services, and escalate inquiries to the appropriate teams when necessary.
2. Lead Generation:
- Proactively generate leads through various online platforms.
- Conduct research to identify potential prospects and maintain a steady pipeline of leads.
- Qualify leads to determine their fit for our offerings, ensuring quality over quantity.
3. Collaboration with the Marketing Team:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies for lead generation campaigns.
- Utilize marketing materials and insights to attract, engage, and convert potential leads.
- Provide feedback on campaign performance and customer interactions to refine marketing strategies.

- Coming from an Engineering or STEM-related degree would be a great advantage
- Experienced in using online tools for marketing and lead generation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate lead quality and campaign performance.
- Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or marketing is a plus.
