Job Description:
- Assist in specific tasks relevant to the department.
- Completing all assigned tasks by supervisor and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Observing and learning from experienced staff members.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
- Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
- Preparing documents and updating records.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
- Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing projects.
- Help maintain and update database.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business management courses, finance, account, human resources, business administration etc.
- Able to speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience in a management role or similar in the co-curriculum.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Excellent time management skills.
