Key Responsibilities: -

  • Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions for employees accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Manage payroll-related documentation, including timesheets, pay adjustments, and employee records.
  • Prepare and submit monthly statutory contributions and yearly income tax submissions to meet local regulations.
  • Keep precise and confidential payroll records and reports for all transactions.
  • Provide necessary payroll documentation and financial reports during audit processes.
  • Utilize Excel for data management, reporting and payroll analysis.
  • Guide resigning employees through the process of submitting necessary paperwork, such as resignation letters and clearance forms, and ensure timely processing of final payments and benefits.
  • Stay up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • To prepare and manage departmental report assigned by Manager
  • To undertake any other job assigned by immediate superior or Management from time to time.
  • To comply with company Safety Policy and Procedures; and
  • To undertake any other job assigned by immediate superior or Management from time to time.
