Key Responsibilities: -
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions for employees accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage payroll-related documentation, including timesheets, pay adjustments, and employee records.
- Prepare and submit monthly statutory contributions and yearly income tax submissions to meet local regulations.
- Keep precise and confidential payroll records and reports for all transactions.
- Provide necessary payroll documentation and financial reports during audit processes.
- Utilize Excel for data management, reporting and payroll analysis.
- Guide resigning employees through the process of submitting necessary paperwork, such as resignation letters and clearance forms, and ensure timely processing of final payments and benefits.
- Stay up-to-date with payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- To prepare and manage departmental report assigned by Manager
- To undertake any other job assigned by immediate superior or Management from time to time.
