Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Maintain and develop a strong and solid relationship with customer and prospect database.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers’ key stakeholders or project handlers.
- Develop ideas and create business opportunity during account managing with the key stakeholders or project handlers of main major accounts to ensure business growth attainment.
- Accomplishment in enterprise sales cycle including existing business or new business opportunity identification with ongoing follow up till business case closed.
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Monitor and report on account or project activities and provide relevant management for the information.
- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys from time to time.
- Liaise and attend meetings with company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Resourceful, self-initiated, positive thinking and highly committed
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be added advantage)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia
- Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen
