Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Maintain and develop a strong and solid relationship with customer and prospect database.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers’ key stakeholders or project handlers.
  • Develop ideas and create business opportunity during account managing with the key stakeholders or project handlers of main major accounts to ensure business growth attainment.
  • Accomplishment in enterprise sales cycle including existing business or new business opportunity identification with ongoing follow up till business case closed.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Monitor and report on account or project activities and provide relevant management for the information.
  • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys from time to time.
  • Liaise and attend meetings with company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • Resourceful, self-initiated, positive thinking and highly committed
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be added advantage)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia
  • Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
