SEER Businss Advisory Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Accountants Assistant. As an Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for performing various bookkeeping duties to support the overall operations of the business.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and processing invoices, bills, and other financial documents
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
- Reconciling bank statements and other accounts
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements '
- Providing support to the accounting and finance team as needed
- Ensuring compliance with established accounting policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Formal qualification in accounting, finance or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an account clerk or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
