Job Responsibilities:
- To perform administrative functions and duties, including arranging appointments and meetings, preparing correspondence and reports, call screening and other related tasks, using digital tools where possible to enhance efficiency.
- To coordinate and ensure smooth running of all meetings with the Head of Leasing by using digital tools (where possible) to track deadlines, prioritize tasks and enhance productivity, including smooth management and update of the Head of Leasing’s calendar.
- To organize, manage and optimize both physical and digital confidential documents and records, maintaining a systematic filing system for secure, quick and efficient data retrieval.
- To maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters pertaining to the Head of Leasing’s office and the Leasing Department.
- To assist in the preparation of presentations, reports and proposals with visually engaging content.
- Interact professionally with all levels of staff, management and business associates.
- Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Degree/Diploma/Pro. Certificate in Business Admin or a related discipline.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a corporate or digital-driven environment.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with technology trends in office management
- Good command of verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport & willing to work in Putrajaya
- Able to uphold confidentiality and perform sensitive tasks.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new digital tools
- Proactive with a positive working attitude, multi-tasking and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Able to work out at normal working hours when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
