JOB REQUIREMENTS:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- IT and Service Coordination: Coordinate with the internet service provider, printer provider, and IT support whenever there is a system failure or technical issue, ensuring prompt resolution of any disruptions.
- Document Management Tasks: Renew and maintain important documents such as the tenancy agreement, building insurance, and quit rent/assessment, ensuring all records are up-to-date and properly filed.
- Facility Management Tasks: Coordinate and facilitate with the appropriate technicians or service providers for electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and air compressor maintenance, including tasks like wiring, monitoring air conditioning, addressing leaks, renewing fire extinguisher certifications, servicing fire alarms, and air compressor services.
- Licensing and Compliance Tasks: Coordinate the new application and renewal of the business license (MBSP) and SPEEDBiz MBSP. Manage the application for the exemption letter or manufacturing license for the Penang branch. Handle JKKP compliance tasks, including the renewal of the air receiver certificate, factory inspections, and updates to the MYKKP system.
- Administrative Support Tasks: Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, take messages, and respond to inquiries. Manage daily clerical tasks, including filing documents, organizing records, and ensuring accurate data entry.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, company events, and conferences. Maintain office supplies inventory, and handle sensitive information with discretion, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
- Pantry Management Tasks: Oversee the stocking and replenishment of food and supplies in the pantry, ensuring a variety of snacks and beverages are available for employees.
- Company Event Tasks: Organize and coordinate all aspects of company events, including venue, catering, guest lists, and vendors. Ensure everything runs smoothly and follow up after the event.
