- Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filing for documentation purpose.
- Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirements and HR policies such as employment contract, termination, policy, etc.
- Responsible for tax clearance, EA forms and Form E preparation.
- Liaise with statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, LHDN on payroll/audit related issues.
- Responsible for full cycle of Payroll and make sure employee record is well maintain with high data integrity.
- Performs HR operational tasks that include personnel data administration, organization data maintenance, time & attendance data administration, and leave management.
- Prepare monthly reports on HR-related metrics.
- Provide support and advice employees on HR related matters where needed.
- Responsible for any other duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of professional HR Generalist / Payroll Specialist preferred.
- Meticulous and have a keen eye for details to ensure high-quality work output.
- Flexible and ability to prioritise tasks and deliver results in an efficient and timely manner.
- Mature, calm, pleasant personality, positive attitude and the ability to remain discreet and handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Excellent organization skill and strong customer service mindset.
- Must be able to work at PJ Office (current Office) and willing to relocate to Bukit Raja 2 (future new HQ in mid 2025)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
