Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns through impactful events and promotions aligned with the company’s marketing objectives.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring high-quality and engaging experiences that drive footfall and customer engagement.
- Identify and secure sponsorships, partnerships, and collaborations with external organizers, tenants, and brands to enhance campaign visibility.
- Oversee event proposals, approvals, and budgets while ensuring compliance with company policies and brand guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors, and event partners to facilitate seamless event execution.
- Analyze event performance, gather insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage administrative tasks, including quotations, invoicing, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate documentation of event-related expenses.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in events, promotions, or marketing, preferably in the retail or shopping mall industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional events.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
