  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We need a passionate Recruiter to join our dynamic team to connect with high potential candidates and take on the exciting challenge of identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional professionals who will drive our company’s success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Drive Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with business teams to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies using diverse channels to attract top talent.
  • Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to evaluating candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.
  • Channel Development & Management: Build, maintain, and optimize recruitment channels including external job boards, internal referrals, headhunting, and social networks. Regularly assess and improve the effectiveness of these channels.
  • Talent Mapping: Use talent mapping techniques to identify high-potential candidates, align with business strategies, and create a robust talent pipeline to address future market demands.
  • Continuous Process Optimization: Review and iterate recruitment processes for efficiency, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition while meeting company growth objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Above: A full-time degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of Recruitment Experience (Agency Preferably)
  • Excellent Communication & Teamwork Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish relationships quickly and effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Resilience & Passion for Recruitment: A love for recruitment, with the enthusiasm and empathy to proactively discover top talent and build long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in Recruitment & Interviewing: Solid interviewing and candidate assessment skills, with a commitment to personal development and becoming an expert in the recruitment field.
