Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing tea-inspired marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and blog posts, focusing on tea education, tea culture, and our unique products.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
Support the team in organizing and promoting tea tasting events, workshops, and product launches.
Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking analytics.
Develop creative ways to introduce our teas to new audiences and expand our tea community.
Learn about different tea varieties, brewing techniques, and their health benefits to enhance marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content creation is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, photography, and branding.
- Experience with Photography/Videography, Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
