Management or related.

  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in related field for this position.
  • Well known in purchasing task and be able to properly filing and documentation.

Job Descriptions :

  • Reporting to Landscape Manager/Quantity Surveyor.
  • To responsible and coordinate in managing daily ordering products, services and raw

material for every project and housing landscape.

  • To summarize and analyse costing of every project and housing landscape.

(Cost optimization) (Physical vs Financial) included monthly income.

  • Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to the master list and

recommends alternative.

  • Provide purchase planning and control information by collecting, analysing and

summarise data and trends.

  • Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock and delivering schedules.
  • Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price, while obtaining

recommendations from suppliers.

  • Secure approval from requisitioning division.
  • Manages purchases by forwarding orders to suppliers and monitoring and expediting

orders.

  • Verifies receipt of items by comparing item received to items ordered, resolves

shipment errors and storage area with inhouse and suppliers for every project and

housing landscape.

  • To execute and get authorise for every item purchase from Project Manager by

forwarding receiving documents.

  • Keep information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
  • Updates and maintaining purchase record, supplies database, stock record and all

pictures and pricing library for project and housing landscape for division purpose use.

  • Responsible for monitoring stock levels, tracking orders & updating order records.
  • Researching potential vendors and supplier, conduct and evaluate vendor offers.
  • To conduct price comparison, negotiate prices and maintain accurate records.
  • To undertake any other duties assigned by Landscape Manager/Quantity Surveyor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
