Job Summary

Responsible to assist in HR-related matters.

Summary of Responsibilities:

a) Handling Payroll

b) To monitor leave and sales commission calculation

c) Handling and issuing of the contract of service, employee appraisal, confirmation, transfer letters & etc.

d) Filing of payroll and personnel data documents

e) Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off

Qualification and Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM
  • Knowledge and experience in the end to end payroll management system.
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word &, etc.
  • Must be a team player and possesses a positive attitude towards work and the company
  • Proactive, responsible, responsive
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to complete the task before the deadline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
