  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What you’ll be doing

  • Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere;
  • Assist clients in completing necessary forms, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality;
  • Answer inquiries about treatments, pricing, and promotions professionally and courteously;
  • Schedule and confirm client appointments with reminders;
  • Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and social media messages regarding clinic services with clear information;
  • Handle billing and payment transactions accurately, issuing receipts and invoices as needed;
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, well-stocked, and presentable at all times; and
  • Encourage clients to book follow-up appointments and share feedback about their experience, gather client testimonials or reviews for marketing purposes.

What we are looking for

  • Candidates must possess as least SPM/STPM/A-Level and above;
  • Fresh graduate or with 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field;
  • Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in other languages would be an added advantage;
  • Good communication and customer relation skills; and
  • Able to accept a fast learning pace, problem solving and dynamic working environment.
