What you’ll be doing
- Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere;
- Assist clients in completing necessary forms, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality;
- Answer inquiries about treatments, pricing, and promotions professionally and courteously;
- Schedule and confirm client appointments with reminders;
- Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and social media messages regarding clinic services with clear information;
- Handle billing and payment transactions accurately, issuing receipts and invoices as needed;
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, well-stocked, and presentable at all times; and
- Encourage clients to book follow-up appointments and share feedback about their experience, gather client testimonials or reviews for marketing purposes.
What we are looking for
- Candidates must possess as least SPM/STPM/A-Level and above;
- Fresh graduate or with 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field;
- Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia, proficiency in other languages would be an added advantage;
- Good communication and customer relation skills; and
- Able to accept a fast learning pace, problem solving and dynamic working environment.
