  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

DAWN Tech is a specialized provider of a unique conformal surface coating based on a family of paraxylylene derivatives (dimers), which undergo a vapourization and polymerization process to form what is commonly known in industry as ‘Parylene’. Parylene is a generic name for a proven class of polymer-based conformal coating which has been widely deployed in Europe and North American in a variety of high-value sectors such as the electronics, automotive, aerospace, medical and other industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to international client sites to oversee the installation of machinery.
  • Coordinate with clients and engineers to ensure proper setup.
  • Conduct equipment calibration and testing to ensure it’s running optimally.
  • Provide training to local personnel on machine operations.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machines and equipment in-house and at customer site.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on-site.
  • Carry out software updates and configure control systems.
  • Keep detailed reports of repairs, maintenance, and installations.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues quickly, minimizing downtime.
  • Provide immediate on-site solutions or escalate issues for further analysis.
  • Provide technical support to clients, answering queries related to equipment usage and performance.
  • Follow up with clients after visits to ensure the equipment continues to operate correctly.
  • Arrange travel plans and logistics for overseas assignments.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and customs in foreign locations.
  • Adapt to different cultural and working environments.
  • Maintain accurate records of each job, including repairs, installations, and recommendations.
  • Report job completion and feedback to the company.
  • Provide technical documentation and user manuals to client

Requirements:

  • Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in complex machinery.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for extended periods.
  • Clear and effective communication skills in dealing with clients and team members, sometimes across language barriers.
  • Depending on the region, knowledge of multiple languages might be beneficial.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be flexible regarding working hours, including weekends or holidays, as installation and maintenance schedules may vary.
  • Understanding of and adaptability to different cultural and work environments.
  • Adherence to safety standards and protocols to ensure both personal and equipment safety, especially in overseas locations with varying safety regulations.

Work Environment:

  • Travel to various international sites, which could range from factories to remote locations.
  • The job might require being away from home for long periods, depending on the project or assignment.
  • Working with diverse teams and facing different challenges based on the equipment and the region you’re working in.
