Location : Taman Maluri, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur (nearby LRT/MRT Maluri)

Responsibilities:

Foreign Worker Division
1. To prepare foreign worker documentation such as offer letter, contract extension, deduction, exit documentation, salary increment letters, memos for any announcement from Management, and other Foreign Worker-related letters.
2. Handling all matter to the process of foreign worker such as application of Calling VDR, FOMEMA, Renew PLKS LEVI, Insurances, Passport and Permit renewal and all related documents.
3. To update and maintain database, documentation and ensure proper filing on all foreign worker-related files.
4. Handling all employee inquiries, grievances and dispute settlements according to labor law and government compliance
5. Liaise with government authorities (Labour Department, Immigration, MOHR, MOHA, NOF, FWCMS, MYEG)
6. To prepare the document for related Government agencies for the approval, arrangement for payment, FOMEMA, insurance etc, pick up Foreign Worker at Airport and send it to respective Branch.
7. To assist in scheduling and preparation of FOMEMA for foreign worker.
8. To assist in Foreign Workers clearance and exit at KLIA.
9. Others administrative related functions as when assigned from time to time.

Knowledge & Skills:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
2. Fresh Graduate with internship experiences are encouraged to apply.
3. Experience in handling foreign worker job scope is a plus.
