JR Account Executive
1. Manages and monitors the company's expenses, including invoice posting, payment processing and journal entries
2. Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collection and payment, and resolving discrepancies
3. Prepare Inter-company confirmation and related reports
4. Preparation of bank reconciliation, cash flow, forecast and support of financial reporting & yearly budget compilation
5. Support Company annual audit, tax related, inventory & asset count and any other events
6. To ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operation of overall accounting and finance related functions
7. Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries
8. To carry out any other responsibilities / ad-hoc assignments as directed from time to time
9. Other duties and task as assigned by Superior
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,141.67 per month
