
Business Development Executive
o Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the sales team, motivating them to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and tactics to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
o Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team and monitor their progress, taking corrective actions as necessary.
o Identify and explore new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients to expand the company's customer base.
o Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast future sales and develop strategies accordingly.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
o Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance analysis, and key metrics to senior management.
o Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives. Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to the sales team.
o Continuously review and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
o Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
o Manage the sales department budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired results.
o Evaluate the performance of individual sales team members, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
o High school diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent
o Strong leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and inspire a team to achieve success.
o Experience in key account sales, corporate sales is a plus point
o Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients and presenting sales reports effectively.
o Ability to present to customer CEO or top management with confident
o Proficiency in analyzing sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to make informed decisions.
o A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
o Experience in Gps industry, fleet card industry, truck sales , tyre sales industry is a plus
o Strong problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and obstacles in the sales process.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
