1. To assists in replying general enquiries via meta business suite
2. To assists in replying general enquiries via whatapps
3. To assists CS Executive in managing complaint related to clinic
4. Answer enquiries via phone call
5. Handle appointment for project
6. Ensure google review KPI always achieve
Requirements:
1. Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma
2. Previous job experience in healthcare industry will be added advantage
3. Customer care and service minded
4. Age between 18-30 years Only
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Computer literate
7. Good command of written & spoken Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
