PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR, TELOK PANGLIMA GARANG

Responsible for managing the production, quality, consumption, and safety of products on duty.

Responsible for the daily production management and safety management of this class;

Responsible for the production and equipment status of this class, and able to organize material requisition and set various process parameters according to process requirements;

Responsible for coordinating, supervising and inspecting the work quality of team members;

Coordinate team members, allocate tasks reasonably, mobilize their work enthusiasm and organizational discipline;

Organize team members to continuously increase production and reduce consumption while ensuring quality, and be able to complete various tasks assigned by the department in a timely manner;

Participate in production, be familiar with and master the level of technical debugging and production control standards, be able to do a good job in on-site management, and provide targeted training to team members;

Responsible for implementing the "5S" work of the team, strengthening the control and improvement of weak links;

Regularly inspect the quality status of the team, maintain good communication with the on duty inspector, and ensure the quality of the products;

Responsible for assessing the team members and continuously improving the team's performance;

Accurately and truthfully record the equipment status, quality status, and production status of this shift, and do a good job in the handover of the next shift;

Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
