Odoo ERP Implementation Manager

• Internally collect all relevant information that is needed to design our new ERP system based on Odoo. • Hold meetings with all relevant parties in PFT Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. to determine current processes and business practice. • Analyse and present to the management what processes should be evaluated and streamlined. • Collaborate with the Odoo vendor/consultant on documentation, hardware and other software requirements. • Make a solid plan outlining roll-out, training and support. Do this with a timeline and make sure that timeline is kept. • Design the final system solution running on ERP system Odoo. • Document the whole Odoo ERP implementation process • Before and after rollout, set-up in depth training for all staff that use the system. • Set-up a system for post implementation support. • Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience working on ERP related projects as business, ERP, ISO or project manager. • Master degree in business or organizational Management • Odoo SA. Certification. • Familiarity with dataflows between internal departments. • Fluent in English both verbal and written • Ability to speak German and or Dutch is an added advantage. • Ability to combine skills of Project Manager and Analyst/Solution Architect • Willing to work in in a multi-cultural environment in Kapar (Selangor) • Possesses own transport • Willing to sign for a minimum of 3 years.
