Position Responsibilities

  • To assist spot trends and contribute ideas for content creation especially in TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, X, Instagram & Facebook within a short turnaround time.
  • Interest in learning about production shoots, storyboarding, and crafting compelling stories.
  • Assist in creating and editing content for social media platforms, following brand guidelines.
  • Learn to contribute ideas to the content strategy and understand how it aligns with overall brand goals.
  • Help in gathering data and insights for content performance reports.
  • Write, amend, adapt copies for the key targeting market and key targeted channels.
  • Understand the key target audience’s consumption nature of key targeting markets and channels.
  • Apply understanding to each piece of content writing based on product and campaign briefs.
  • Interpreting briefs to produce original content.
  • Reworking content based on feedback from stakeholders.
  • Assist in sourcing, managing, and coordinating KOL (Key Opinion Leader) & KOC (Key Opinion Consumer)collaborations, including outreach, briefing, and content evaluation.
  • Support in monitoring and tracking KOL/KOC content performance and engagement.
  • Using research to establish a strategy for reaching out to the target audience.
  • Communicating with customers and ensuring consistency in the brand voice.
  • Update the mobile application as needed.

Qualification and Experiences

  • At least a Diploma in Mass Communications, PR, Marketing, Film or a relevant field of study.
  • Familiarity with popular social media platforms such as TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, X, Instagram & Facebook.
  • Has good command of both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Any additional language will be an added advantage.
  • Able to commit a minimum 3 to 6 months internship period.
  • Possess own transport.
