Job Description- GK Project Lead This position is dedicated to coordinate pre DG3 support and Post DG3 project delivery including resourcing, stakeholder management, development and implementation of execution strategies around engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning and start up activities. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the work will be done in a multi functional/disciplinary environment to manage the end to end delivery of P&E projects related to sustaining production from the Gumusut Kakap hub. The GK Project Lead is accountable for the delivery of all upcoming phases of development associated with keeping the deepwater hub full with GK Phase 5 DG1/2 target end 2023 with FID targeted early 2025. He/She is responsible to the GK Project Delivery Manager and accountable for the safe and competitive delivery of all project activities, which includes • Engineering design, long lead items package purchases & delivery supporting offshore installation, commissioning and handover operation, including completion of all necessary FPS topside modification and subsea installation activities to tie in the news subsea wells onto existing GK Subsea facilities. • Manage and supervise the discipline engineering team, field execution team, including MATCO, OPL and offshore construction & commissioning teams. • Manage, support and coordinate all planning, engineering and field execution activities for project execution. • Initiate, support and coordinate all engineering detail updates (including approved drawings, marked-up drawings and final as building), work packing of offshore construction and commissioning activities. • Lead, initiate, support and coordinate with OR&A and HSSE on SIMOPs and SSP requirements for all offshore implementation activities. • Initiate, manage and coordinate all heavy lift requirements leading to the final installation and hook up of subsea components and GK FPS topside modification. • Support Execution lead, wells team, OR&A and HSSE on SIMOPs and SSP requirements for all offshore implementation activities.
