- Assisting Sales Manager & After Sales Manager when needed for administration works.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Assisting and support administration for Sales and After Sales Team.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Education: Diploma in Administration/Business/Managemet or equivalent
- Experience: Previous experience in administrative support or office management is a plus.
