Personal & Business Support:

  • Manage the HOB’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the HOB.
  • Take meeting minutes, prepare reports, and follow up on key action items.

    Marketing & Digital Support:

    • Assist in content creation, including simple video shooting and basic design work.
    • Manage and update social media platforms as required.
    • Coordinate marketing activities and promotional materials.

      Administrative & Operational Support:

      • Handle document preparation, data entry, and other general administrative tasks.
      • Assist in liaising with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
      • Manage basic financial tasks such as expense tracking and reimbursements.

  • Possess at least Diploma in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1 years of working experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative support role.
  • Experience in basic design, social media content creation, or marketing support is an advantage.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to drive when needed.
  • Mandarin speaking and writing is a must to deal with Chinese counterparts.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and basic design/video editing tools like Canva and CapCut.
  • Strong stakeholder management, planning, and time management skills.
  • An ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in both business and marketing functions.
