  • Effectively manage large numbers of incoming calls.
  • Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a contact center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
  • Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working hour: Mon-Fri; 8am-6pm.
