- To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.

- Effectively manage large numbers of incoming calls.
- Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a contact center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin is mandatory.
- Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working hour: Mon-Fri; 8am-6pm.
