Quantity Surveyor- Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients or main contractors based on actual site progress.
- Conduct measurements and take-offs for ongoing projects.
- Monitor project costs by preparing cost comparisons, tracking progress claims, reviewing payment certificates, assisting in material procurement, and managing variation orders.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work efficiently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and operate independently when required.
- Handle the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities for submission.
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients regarding project requirements.
- Conduct cost analysis for repair and maintenance works.
- Perform any additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Purchasing Executive- Work closely with the project and contract departments to determine material requirements.
- Plan, organize, and process material procurement, including issuing purchase orders based on site needs.
- Coordinate and oversee material deliveries to ensure timely arrival at project sites.
- Prepare cost comparisons and present them for management approval.
- Issue purchase orders and follow up on delivery status.
- Verify and match delivery orders with purchase orders and supplier invoices.
- Generate quotations and invoices for clients.
- Liaise with shipping agents to track estimated arrival times for equipment.
- Organize project documentation upon project confirmation.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirement:-
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in
Engineering (Others)/Forestry or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- Candidate possess good command of Mandarin speaking will be added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Candidate with relevant working experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills and execution abilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Working Days: 5 ½ days (Monday – Friday, ½ day on Saturday)
Working Hours: 8.30AM – 5.30PM (Monday – Friday), 8.30AM – 12.30PM (Saturday)
