- Managing and maintaining the various tools and systems used by the sales team in Malaysia. E.g. SFDC, CPQ systems.
- Managing partner data in ICON systems and creating new partners in Shuttle systems.
- Responsible for setting up pricing for new products and managing trade promotions or stocking discounts through the Vistex.
- Administrator/ Super User for managing the MyLighting pricing system, maintaining the EazyDMS system, and training partners on how to use the system.
- Managing trade sell-through and inventory management to ensure that partners submit their monthly reports on time.
- Updating sell-in and sell-through reports to partners, key account managers, and commercial leaders on a monthly basis. Sales support is also responsible for updating backorder reports and managing SFDC pipeline reporting and lead assignment.
- Creating and renewing partner agreements and ensuring that all signed agreements are filed and stored safely and processing customer cheque payments and generating leads through the BCI online system.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Diploma in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales support, channel sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM software, and channel partner management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales-related software.
- Skills in CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Data Management, Communication, Decision making
- Able to join immediately is preferred
