- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in a multi-outlet management role.
- High school graduate or equivalent education preferred.
- Certified in all Service and Production Stations at Rollti (or equivalent experience).
- SERV Safe certified.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to train, coach, and mentor teams for continuous improvement.
- Strong financial acumen in managing sales, costs, and profitability.
- Proficiency in labor and food cost management.
- Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for long hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license (if traveling between outlets is required).
