  • High school graduate or equivalent education preferred.
  • Certified in all Service and Production Stations at Rollti (or equivalent experience).
  • SERV Safe certified.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to train, coach, and mentor teams for continuous improvement.
  • Strong financial acumen in managing sales, costs, and profitability.
  • Proficiency in labor and food cost management.
  • Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand for long hours and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license (if traveling between outlets is required).
