To perform a crucial role in managing and analyzing the costs associated with our maintenance operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accurate and efficient cost analysis, monitoring, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and operational optimization. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance financial performance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze maintenance costs and prepare detailed reports to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Assist in the budgeting process by evaluating historical data and projecting future maintenance expenses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary data for accurate cost analysis.
  • Monitor and track costs against budgets, ensuring compliance and reporting any deviations to management.
  • Develop and maintain cost databases to support ongoing analysis and reporting efforts.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve maintenance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular reviews of maintenance contracts and service agreements to ensure value for money.
  • Support the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets related to maintenance activities.
  • Assist in the development of policies and procedures related to cost management and analysis.

Requirements

Education/Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.

Professional Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, facilities management, or golf course development
  • Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, contract management, and vendor negotiation.
  • Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and golf course-specific procurement needs.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to handle tender processes, cost evaluations, and inventory coordination efficiently.
