  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

What do we need you to do?

  • You will be responsible in handling daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping into the accounting system
  • To perform bank reconciliation and accounting schedules
  • To prepare full set accounts for clients and ensure all accounting documents are filed accordingly
  • To liaise with external parties, such as external auditors, tax agents, bankers and statutory authorities
  • To handling in SST submission, e-invoicing & other advisory assignment
  • Perform any other ad-hoc accounting related assignment as and when required
  • You will ensure to maintain continuous interaction with clients to meet client’s expectations service levels

What do we need from you?

  • Possess Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Advance Diploma in Accounting or equivalent, Finance or professional qualification (ACCA/MICPA/CPA)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in related field (Semi Senior)
  • For fresh graduates, you are welcomed to apply as comprehensive training will be provided
  • Computer literate and knowledge in Ms Office
  • Knowledge in accounting software - Xero, Autocount, SQL, Bukku & etc
  • Strong presentation and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Possess good organizational skills and able to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines with a pleasant disposition and a positive outlook in life
