  • Inventory Management: Help track and manage cafe supplies (e.g., ingredients, packaging materials), assist with ordering stock, and ensure inventory records are up to date.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the cafe management team, assisting with tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and other ad hoc duties as required.
  • Customer Service: Assist with customer inquiries and complaints, ensure a positive customer experience, and support the management team in maintaining cafe cleanliness and organization.
  • Marketing and Social Media: Help manage social media accounts, assist in creating and posting content, and help promote events or special offers to attract customers.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in preparing reports, memos, and other administrative documents needed for daily operations and management.
  • Event Coordination: Support in organizing special events, promotions, or private bookings at the cafe, assisting with logistics, customer interaction, and event materials.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Saturday - 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (WFH)
