  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts, day-to-day financial operational tasks.
  • Assist in company financial and management reporting
  • Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly closing of accounts
  • Ensure compliance with Group's policies, procedures, statutory requirement, approved accounting standards and tax ruling
  • Liaising with a tax agent and company secretary involves working together to ensure compliance with regulations and the timely submission.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties
  • Monitor fixed asset register and loyalty rewards points register
  • Providing support during yearly statutory audit and Account department as and when necessary.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures.
  • To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Professional qualification in ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field position.
  • Well verse in financial controls, statutory reporting and tax matters
  • Strong analytical, detailed-orient minded and problem solving skills
  • Organized, strong communication and excellent time management skills
  • Knowledgeable in SAP system is an added advantage.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
