JOB DESCRIPTION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • To assist superior to carry out the daily job activities related to administrative matters.
  • Assist in coordinating interview process (on site and off site).
  • To assist superior shortlisting candidate for interview session.
  • To collect and maintain employee’s data both electronic and physical.
  • Assist superior in updating payroll data (Operator/ Technician Position) Ex: Key in roster into Payroll2U system / Checking Attendance data timely preparation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports, presentations, and other documents for the executives as required.
  • To perform ad-hoc task as when needed and required by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (will be advantage)
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Diploma: Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
