JOB DESCRIPTION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
- To assist superior to carry out the daily job activities related to administrative matters.
- Assist in coordinating interview process (on site and off site).
- To assist superior shortlisting candidate for interview session.
- To collect and maintain employee’s data both electronic and physical.
- Assist superior in updating payroll data (Operator/ Technician Position) Ex: Key in roster into Payroll2U system / Checking Attendance data timely preparation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, presentations, and other documents for the executives as required.
- To perform ad-hoc task as when needed and required by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
- Strong experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (will be advantage)
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Diploma: Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
