  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role:
We are looking for detail-oriented Data Entry Interns to bridge the gap between raw data and organized, actionable information to support our team's efficiency and decision-making.

This role involves accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and company systems.
  • Verify and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in data cleanup, categorization, and organization.
  • Conduct basic research and data validation as needed.
  • Generate reports and summaries from collected data.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Support the team with additional administrative tasks as required.:

Requirements:

Attention to Detail – Ability to spot errors and ensure data accuracy.

Typing Speed & Accuracy – Ability to type efficiently with minimal mistakes.

Basic Computer Skills – Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs).

Data Management Skills – Ability to organize, sort, and maintain large datasets.

Communication Skills – Basic written and verbal communication for reporting and coordination.

Time Management – Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently.

Confidentiality – Understanding of data privacy and security principles.

Preferred:

Experience with spreadsheets and data entry software.

Familiarity with CRM, databases, or industry-specific tools.

Basic understanding of data cleaning and validation.

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a related field (Business, IT, Finance, etc.).
