  • Answering Calls – Handle phone inquiries and direct calls.
  • Scheduling – Assist in managing customer appointments and calendars.
  • Clerical Support – Assist in photocopying, scanning, or printing tasks.
  • Data Entry – Input and update information in databases.
  • Document Filing – Organize and maintain physical or digital files.
  • Collect Feedback – Google reviews for improvement.
  • Arrange Off Days – Schedule staff time off
  • Leave Approval – Process leave requests, verify balances.
  • MC Record Maintenance –Track medical leave certifications and ensure policy compliance.
