Job Responsibilities: 1.Ensure knowledge of customers' business targets, issues, needs, processes, value chain and key business drivers and effectively transfer this knowledge to the Business Unit. 2. Focuses and pursues strategic business opportunities with the customer by coordinating all involved activities. 3. Provide value to the customer by creating a new business together and by sharing information about the market, industry and market intelligence and with this develop new business opportunities for customers. 4. Develop a local customer relationship network to drive and support the account strategy for the Global Account. 5. Build and maintain sustainable relationships with the appropriate customer’s key decision makers. 6. Establish him/herself as the point of contact for local escalations. 7. Responsible for the achievement of the account business targets as defined by the Business Unit. Job Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. 2. Minimum 1 year experience in Account Management/Sales and related management and experience with a track record of successful performance. 3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Excellent coordination skills, the ability to motivate, inspire and collaborate with team. 6. Enthusiastic about the job, willing to travel and copes well under pressure.
