About the Role:

The Admin cum Sales is responsible for handling administrative tasks while also supporting sales activities. This role involves coordinating with clients, handling inquiries and assisting in sales-related functions to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage correspondence (calls) and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Maintain and update client records, agreements and invoices.
  • Prepare quotations, service agreements and invoices for potential and existing clients.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients through follow-ups and customer service.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities to upsell services.

Qualification & Skills

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently
