We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive / Accounting Assistant to manage daily accounting tasks and support financial operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full-set accounts, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Prepare financial reports and tax filings (SST, EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.).
- Manage invoices, payments, and payroll processing.
- Ensure financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in audits and compliance with local accounting standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience (fresh graduates may apply for junior roles).
- Knowledge of accounting software (SQL, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and good time management.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
