JUNIOR CONFERENCE PRODUCER
Are you passionate about event planning and looking to kick-start your career in the conference and event industry? We are seeking a Junior Conference Producer to join our team and assist in planning, organizing, and executing impactful conferences. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in event production, content development, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development:
-Research industry trends and topics relevant to the target audience.
-Develop engaging and informative conference agendas and session topics.
-Identify and recruit industry experts and keynote speakers.
2. Logistics Management:
-Assist in coordinating venue selection and negotiating contracts.
-Support logistical details, including catering, audio-visual needs, and accommodations.
-Help manage attendee registration and communication, including pre-event surveys and post-event follow-ups.
3. Marketing and Promotion:
-Support the creation of marketing strategies to promote conferences, including email campaigns, social media outreach, and partnership opportunities.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and website content.
4. Budget Management:
-Assist in developing and tracking event budgets.
-Support sponsorship sales and ticket sales to meet financial goals.
5. On-Site Coordination:
-Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations.
-Assist in managing staff and volunteers and handle unexpected issues that may arise during the conference.
6. Post-Event Evaluation:
-Gather attendee feedback through surveys and debrief meetings.
-Assist in analysing event success and identifying areas for improvement for future conferences.
Qualifications:
Education: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Experience: Some experience in event planning, conference production, or a related field is required. Recent graduates with relevant internships or volunteer experience are encouraged to apply.

Work Nature:
As a Junior Conference Producer, you will typically work in an office setting but may also travel to various event sites. The role may require additional hours leading up to the conference and occasional weekend work during events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
