  • Ensures accurate and timely entry of data into company’s Information System, Work
  • Process System and Database.
  • Check, update, process and maintain documents and records according to company’s requirements and compliance.
  • Organizes and maintains documentation filed in compliance with the company policies and statutory requirement.
  • Provide excellent routine administration support.
  • Applies good office housekeeping practices.
  • Operates office automation and technology effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide secretarial support for the team including expenses claims, stationery supplies, meetings, travelling, office activities, events, functions and receptionist.
  • Provide first line of support to selling floor by Operating cashier counter and Performing selling floor services.

Experience required

  • Fresh SPM holder od Fresh Diploma holder in administrative field.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of administration work and associated documentation.
  • Excellent data entry and record keeping skills.
  • Good work organizing and prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to process and input data with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain flexibility and adaptability in a deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to accept increasing responsibility as delegated by an immediate supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
