Job Summary:The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure the smooth management of the Chairman's responsibilities across the group of companies. The role encompasses business development, public relations, marketing, reporting, operations oversight, hiring coordination, and other key functions.

Key Responsibilities1. Administrative Support

  • Manage the Chairman's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

    2. Business Development

    • Assist in identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
    • Coordinate meetings with potential clients, stakeholders, and investors.
    • Support feasibility studies and proposal development.

      3. Public Relations and Marketing

      • Represent the Chairman in communications with external stakeholders.
      • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and PR strategies.
      • Attend industry events and build relationships with key players in the F&B sector.

        4. Operational Oversight

        • Monitor the progress of key company projects and initiatives.
        • Liaise with different departments to ensure alignment with the Chairman's vision.
        • Provide updates and insights on operational challenges and successes.

          5. Reporting and Analysis

          • Prepare detailed reports, including financial and performance metrics, for board meetings.
          • Conduct research and provide insights on market trends and competitor activity.

            6. Hiring and Talent Coordination

            • Assist in identifying talent needs across the organization.
            • Participate in interviews and hiring discussions when required.
            • Coordinate onboarding processes for key hires.

              7. General Affairs

              • Handle ad-hoc tasks and initiatives as directed by the Chairman.
              • Act as the point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
              • Manage and track personal and professional commitments.

Key Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably within the F&B or related industries.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
